I’ll start off at 6PM. I consider my eating on a 2 day cycle(48 hours). First I pulverize EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth. I will chew everything including fruit until there is only flavorless pulp left before swallowing. Especially my leafy green salads.
If you’ve never eaten a high fruit diet, I’m not sure you can say you have ever fully known hydration. Clearly I never did.
I feed from Noon to 8pm. I sleep from 8pm to 4pm when my body is assimilating its food. And then I allow the body to cleanse itself from 4am to Noon.
My Dinner each night consists of a large leafy green salad that also contains a variety of seasonal and available fruit veggies(cucumber, eggplant, okra, sweet corn, squash, peppers, tomato, carrot and avocado). I also add some chickpeas. 1tbsp each of vinegar and olive oil.
This is probably not the optimal way to go about getting all of these things but I just don’t have more hours in my day to mono-feed my leafy greens and fruit veggies. Which is why I pulverize my salad so wildly. It takes me a good hour to eat my salad but it is just as though it has been through a VitaMix blender…LoL.
I’m usually done eating by 7-8PM.
I wake up with the sun after a full night sleep and have the juice of 1 lemon, 1 orange and 2 limes mixed with 16oz. of water.
My goal is to not eat any solid foods till noon, but if I need to I will eat an orange or two; keep the cleanse going. From there until dinner time I will have 3 large fruit meals each consisting of only one fruit. The exception being berries. I mix them all together but eat enough to fill me up.
An example of six different fruit meals eaten until full over two days.
- Apples
- Oranges
- Bananas
- Dates
- Mixed Berries
- Pears
I do this to ensure a variety of produce but also to ease the digestive process and overall metabolic cost to my body.
Just fruit, fruit veggies and leafy greens. That is it and that is all.
Be blessed guys.
